In a follow up to my recent post, 7 Deadly Sins, here is a quick look at the remaining colorways of the Reebok "7 Deadly Sins" pack. In another random turn of events Nike gained inspiration from one of my favorite childhood cartoons for another hot colorway in the newly acclaimed Big Nike High,which as of late has been the shoe of choice for many of Nike's more risque' colorways. This trend is continued with the recent release of the Big Nike High "Flintstones" Pack, in which the shoes are inspired by Flintstones characters, Fred Flintstone and his pet dinosaur, Dino. These shoes were released in very limited quantities at the House Of Hoops, so don't sleep. Leave your 2Cents!

-7 Deadly Sins

Though many hypebeasts wouldn't consider Reebok to be an "it" brand, the upcoming release of their "7 Deadly Sins" package will surely force them to reconsider. The package takes the Reebok Pump Omni Lite and spices it up a bit with seven different solid colorways, each representing one of the "7 Deadly Sins". While pride, sloth, and greed have already hit select retailers, the remaining four(lust, envy, gluttony, and wrath) are set for release in August and September. Leave your 2Cents!

-Nike Air Trainer Legacy Pack

It seems as if Nike took heed to the recent success of Jordan Brand and their ability to sell shoes in twos. This is evedent in the upcoming release of the Nike Air Trainer "Legacy Pack". The pack will include the original Air Trainer 1 in an OG colorway (old love) and the next gen Trainer 1 in the same colorway (new love). The pack will be released July 18 at select retailers but will be available tonight only on eastbay.com and nikestore.com Leave your 2Cents!

-It Takes 3 to Make A Thing Go Right!

The fashion designer best known for his unconventional and sometimes down right outrageous designs, Jeremy Scott, has teamed up with Adidas once again to sprinkle his flare and flavor on their Originals by Originals campaign. This time around his collection includes this far out design, where he remixes the Adidas Altitude by adding three tongues. Though this design offers far more style than function its sure to make true sneakerheads and hypebeasts alike break out camping gear. Leave your 2Cents!

-We Are The Champions AGAIN

If you Lakers fans out there are anything like me then it feels like an eternity since the last time we hoisted that trophy. But we have finally reached "the promised land". Though there's been many peaks and valleys along the way we are now at the top of that mountain called the NBA once again, and though Jay-Z officially mourned the Death Of Autotune we'll pay our respects by blasting "Pop Champagne" into the wee hours of the morning. And if history really repeats itself then there are two more years of glory ahead for the Lakers because as we all remember, Phil and Kobe like to win in 3s. Just when you thought Nike was the old dog with no new tricks they pulled one from the same sleeve that made it ok in 1986 to release a Swooshless shoe in the form of the Air Jordan II. Here is a sneaker peak at the next Air Jordan DMP scheduled for release on July 11th. The unlikely collaboration of Nike Sportswear and Japanese hip-hop clothing line, Swagger, have birthed a Nike Terminator Hi that is just as unlikely. I'm sure we've all pretty much come to expect Kanye to be the innovator of music videos seeing as each of his is better than the last, but for some reason he never ceases to amaze me, and this is no different. -"Hostile Takeover" of Sherm Radio

At a time where Nashville’s hip-hop radio scene is, in my opinion, lacking any sort of real quality, many listeners have become discouraged from listening what so ever. But listeners have nothing more to fear because hope is on the way in the form of Sherm Radio. The TSU senior is extremely passionate about broadcast communication and has an apparent understanding of self branding. This passion is exemplified through his weekday morning radio show on WTST, Sherm in the Morning, and his interactive blog, shermradio.com, both of which are platforms used by Sherm to perfect his craft and market his brand. Though it seems as if he is destined to have a bright future, with graduation just days away, and subsequently the end of his collegiate career, Sherm is forced to face the harsh reality, he has no job. With an ultimatum set by his mother to find a paying job Sherm can unfortunately no longer thrive on passion alone. As a wise man once said, “desperate times call for desperate measures”. With this mind set in place Sherm’s hostile takeover began. Armed with a load of pride, heart, Oreo cookies, and Twitter Sherm was prepared to metaphorically hold the WTST studios hostage for what would become a legendary standoff. With few options left, decisions had to be made quickly. With an extreme belief and sense of pride in his gift to communicate, Sherm would make the only decision worthy of proving his dedication and skill. On the morning of May 1 Sherm would do what few are willing, or for that matter capable of doing. He would go on air for his final collegiate broadcast where he would remain until he was offered a job. News of this would, at first, go under the radar, but would soon prove to be easier said than done. The first twenty hours may have been fueled by the simple fact that he’d made such a challenge, with the next twenty fueled by the need to prove doubters wrong, but as hours seventy-two and seventy-three elapse only passion, dedication, and a steady load of caffeine could possibly act as fuel for this magnificent feat. Many may have thought that this would just blow over, but after the first few hours any thoughts of this being simply a publicity stunt were erased and replaced with a sense of inspiration and motivation to anyone following. With that being exactly what the game is missing Sherm Radio is sure to be on someone’s payroll sooner than later. So with that being said, HIRE SHERMRADIO!!!
